In the personal account of the counterparty, you can see the size of its discount and see the exact quantity of goods in all remote warehouses at the same time (sometimes it's just> 10).

In cases where the client works from different legal entities or wants to get a more loyal price, then in the personal cabinet there is an opportunity to choose the appropriate contract.
Displaying goods from partner warehouses
The module was additionally connected to the system to display the product from the warehouses of suppliers, taking into account the buyer's markup. The process works so that the customer when ordering a product automatically orders it from your supplier.
Current status of contracts
To provide complete information on the current balance of payments under all contracts with the supplier, a separate page was developed in the client's personal area.
The product added to the basket can be reserved, for this purpose a separate function is used. On the 1C side, only availability is reserved, no price. In the reserve, the product can be a limited amount of time and is attached to the customer.
Automatic document generation
Immediately after placing an order in the personal account, the customer is automatically formed an invoice for payment, and also there is an opportunity to automate the rest of the package of documents as needed.
Automatic generation of orders in 1C
Due to two-way integration, orders made from the site are automatically generated in the 1C accounting system. Before registration, all orders are double checked for the presence of goods in the warehouse and possible currency changes.
Automatic formation of reconciliation act
Thanks to the two-way integration of the site with the accounting system, the client can, at any convenient time, form reconciliation acts for any period without having to contact the manager and the accountant.
Providing admin panel
All clients have access to the administrative part of the system, the admin panel is designed in such a way that it is possible to set up shares for the product, fill the site content, provide the client's API, and manage all sections of the system.

For our company it was a good decision to start cooperation with the Zetweb team for the implementation of this project. Thanks to this tool, we provided an excellent service for our customers and simplified the work of managers on their maintenance. The main processes are automated: the selection of goods, the formation of prices, the formulation of orders, the selection of the optimal offer for the client. This project has allowed to reduce the dependence of the quality of customer service on the level of staff preparedness, has significantly increased the awareness of our customers on our products and activities. I think that the project is underestimated in relation to what we got at the exit.
